1. General Refund Conditions
At OrganicFollowers, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the digital nature of our social media marketing services, strict conditions apply to refund requests. Refunds are only evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the conditions outlined below.
2. Non-Delivery of Services
If your order has not started processing within 72 hours of successful payment, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team with your Order ID, and we will process the cancellation and refund immediately.
3. Partial Delivery
If an order is partially delivered and cannot be fully completed due to technical limitations or updates on the target social media platform, we will provide a partial refund proportionate to the undelivered amount, or credit your account balance for future use.
4. Drop in Engagement (Refill Policy)
We offer a refill guarantee for most of our services (as specified on the product page, typically 30 days). If you experience a drop in followers, likes, or views within this period, we will refill the lost amount at no extra charge. A drop in numbers is not grounds for a refund, provided we honor our refill guarantee.
5. Invalid or Incorrect Links
We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect usernames, invalid URLs, or if your social media account is set to "Private" during the delivery process. No refunds will be issued for orders fulfilled to the wrong destination due to user error.
6. Fraudulent Activity
Any attempt to reverse a payment through a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team will result in the immediate termination of your account, and all active orders will be halted without refund. We will submit all transaction records to the payment provider.
